Vermont Commons Vermont Commons: Voices of Independence news journal and web site publish articles and opinion written by citizen journalists on a wide variety of fronts - finance, energy, agriculture, food&health, governance, arts&media, and more. This site was a migration from a Drupal 5 build to a Drupal 7 build complete with tight social media integration, mobile application and to support multiple bloggers, clarifying the presence of the voices writing for the commons. |

American Sustainable Business Council The mission of American Sustainable Business Council is to advance public policies that ensure a vibrant, just, and sustainable economy. This was a Drupal migration project to allow ASBC staff to quickly respond to critical policy decisions affecting the sustainable business community and the greater public. This project integrated Organic Groups functionality to support Partner portals where ASBC members can log on and participate in policy projects, schedule conference calls with the member community, and access member only content. This site uses Views and Panels to present portal information based on context. The theme is a custom theme developed in collaboration with Monty Lewis of Lewis Arts and is an HTML5 Mobile ready template system leveraging web based fonts, CSS3 and JQuery for a fresh and dynamic presentation layer. |

A Drupal site was recommended for them as a cost effective, self managing content management solution that gives them tools for promoting their work and managing their organization over the web. |

We work to remove dangers and abuses in workplaces around the world by providing knowledge, skills and tools to workers, employers, multinational companies, NGOs, trade unions, investors and governments. This project was a joint venture with Monty Lewis, and includes a fully integrated CRM and e-commerce platform. |

Gaelan Brown Gaelan is a 4th generation Vermonter from the Northeast Kingdom with roots in Vermont’s agricultural community. He has lived in eastern Europe and the Caribbean, as well as in the southern and western United States for several years, but is more than happy to be permanently settled with his family in the beautiful Mad River Valley. He has a background in newspaper reporting, internet business development/consulting, and various entrepreneurial sales and marketing roles, and has always been an avid student/promoter of clean energy and alternatives to our current energy infrastructure. Vermont Council on Rural Development The Vermont Council on Rural Development helps Vermonters and Vermont communities develop their capacity to create a prosperous and sustainable future through coordination, collaboration, and the effective use of public and private resources. After successfully launching a special program site for a VCRD project in 2005, FutureofVermont.org, VCRD requested a full upgrade of their home site. Because VCRD hosts many programs and projects such as the 'e-vermont' broadband initiative, it was a good candidate for a multi-domain site. Hub Fitness Xoona was born on an afternoon trail run in the fall of 2009. Over the course of ten months, Peter Fish and Allan Rego expanded the core idea of racing for free into this web site. And they did it with a commitment to philanthropy, to the idea that local is good, and to a fundamental belief in the positive potential of the fitness community.
Peter and Allan had already decided that Drupal was the software - after a brief meeting it was clear that Net-Spin was the right partner to frame out the first iteration of their site.
